1. I'm a native Chinese speaker with 6 years teaching experience in Chinese. I graduated from the National Changhua University of Education in 2012 with a degree in Education. NCUE is one the only three university that specialized in training teachers in Taiwan. After graduation, I obtained the MOE SPED Teacher License in 2013 and started teaching in mainstream high school as a SPED teacher of Chinese Literature and other subjects. 2. All of my 120 SPED students' university acceptance rate is 95%. 3. As a Learning and Support teacher, I'm able to teach any students with different learning requirement.. 4. I taught multiple learning strategies to students with problems in Chinese language using. For example: (4-1) I helped students to recognize Chinese words and characters by analyzing similarities and differences of Chinese radicals and through the use of associative memory techniques. (4-2) I also enhanced students’ reading comprehension by breaking down long passages into smaller sections and summarising each section. Combined text with verbal and visual information to improve understanding of the passages.. 5. To further my career, I obtained the MOE certificate of qualification to Teach Mandarin Chinese as a Second / Foreign Language in 2018. 6. I'm currently teaching Mandarin to adults students in Singapore. I'm able to teach both in English and Chinese.
