I strongly believe that the foundation of good teaching is to view things from the perspective of the students, which undoubtedly help intensify the channeling of thoughts and ideas. From there, I can guide them step by step to gain a well-built comprehension of the subject matter, as well as to procure the necessary skills required in the exams. Quintessential as it is, mutual understanding has often been neglected in the teaching principles of many. I believe education definitely should not be a one-way process, but rather active communication between the tutor and the student. That way, we can work together towards resolving the problems which remain undetectable otherwise.
