"Everyone can shine with the right teaching"
I believe that every person has the ability to do well and I enjoy being part of the student's learning process. I love using creative and innovative ways to help explore and uncover a student's hidden potential. Schools often are not able to tailor and teach subjects to every student and that is why many are not able to do as well as they can. I aim to change that. For science, I always love to start off with gaining the student's interest in the topic by showing him some videos or even sharing some stories that might perk his/ her attention. This way it is easier to introduce the student to the topic and also provide some sort of motivation to do well in it. For maths, practice is the key. I would fish out different kind of questions for different topics and do them together with the students until he/ she masters the basic and the application of the topic For english, I would focus more on oral, comprehension and composition. Reading and learning how different authors write their stories is a great way of teaching the students how to draft a good composition. I would also spend some time to brush up on the student's oral skills as it is not only important in the exam but also the outside world
Helped previous P3 student improve from a borderline pass to a stunning 96 marks for his maths in his school's SA2. Believe that with the right coaching, every student can do well
