Seeking the position of an educator in this organization which will enhance my horizon of knowledge and gives me the chance to exhibit both my ability and caliber. My aim is to work innovatively for the enhancement and betterment of education and give my best care and knowledge to nurture the children as a whole. Education has shaped me into a better distinctive individual. It has reinforced my values of empathy, patience, discipline, teamwork, leadership by example and have enhanced my communication skills. Through my part-time jobs in the education sector, I have also exercised and put into good use, the many strategies and techniques I have learned in my course, early childhood. This includes handling and managing of both children and classroom and understanding the child’s psychology
