"Nothing is impossible."

I usually give out diagnostic tests to identify the student's weak areas. This helps me to plan out my lesson schedule. I like to observe the student for a week and adapt my teaching style to suit the child in order to cultivate more interest in the subject being taught. I try to teach using examples as I feel that as students in a knowledge based economy there is a need for them to know day to day happenings. I am willing to teach on public holidays and put in extra hours nearing the student's major examinations. My teaching style is more patient and focusing on the fundamentals by drilling the concept into the student and then teaching the student how to apply it. I strive to push the student to think out loud when solving challenging problems so that I can understand any misconceptions they might have.
