"Never giving up on your kids"
I am generally patient with students but will be firm to ensure playful students are concentrating on their work at an optimum level. When I see potential in students, I will be persistent and push them to achieve the end goal I have for them. For weaker students, I feel responsible to motivate them to gradually achieve smaller goals so that they gain confidence to achieve bigger goals.
I have helped many students to get a better grade. The most recent that I can remember is having a student who had 20/100 for her maths in Primary 4 but managed to achieve 'B' grade for her PSLE.
