Although this is my first time tutoring, I have the experience of mentoring my fellow peers during my secondary and polytechnic days. I love to share my knowledge and help others to do well in their studies. I always get a sense of satisfaction through mentoring. I would also like to share that my grades were not fantastic in my secondary school and poly days. However, I continued to push myself and took engineering despite my weakness in math. Ultimately, I managed to overcome this weakness and did well towads the end of my diploma. This experiene also provided me with the needed patience to learn and even teach others. My style of teaching would show a strong focus on building rapport and interacting with my students so that I understand their learning style and this way, they would also become more comfortable in asking questions and raising their concerns to me. I prefer teaching 1 on 1 as such a method would enable my student to get my undivided attention and he/she would be able to learn a whole lot more as compared to a group setting. By now, I am sure you would be able to understand from my profile that, I possess a passion for teaching and would be very committed to my assignments.
