My previous job was a student care teacher in aldersgate powerlife centre (Dover), my jobscope is to conduct enrichment lessons for p3 And p6 in the centre, and also oversee their schoolwork and ensure their safety in the centre. my strength is handling primary school students.  My teaching style: several approaches, different student i employs different approach. I have to get to know the student first(usually the first lesson i would give the student a quiz/test to judge his ability, then from there i can decide what i can do to help him. )
