"Hard work is the key!"

Hi. I'm a easy going yet goal oriented person. I strong believe in hard work, what you reap is what you sow. I have been teaching for 2 years, handling primary school students in 3 subjects. Materials and worksheets are provided. There will be a test set based on the student's mistakes from his/her schoolwork. The aim of doing this is to review the student's mistakes.This is to ensure the student's understanding of the subject. My style of teaching is to review the student's mistakes and expose to different types of questions (depending on the subject). I will be focusing on concepts, topical exercises and small quizzes. Students of mine have improved significantly if they have completed my work. If they refused to complete their work, there will be very little improvement. Therefore, I would need the parent to commit in keeping track of the student's progress. On the other hand, students can clarify their doubts regarding their homework.
