Brief Personal Description I have 17 years of part-time and full-time experience in tutoring. I am a full-time tutor and Copywriter by profession. I graduated with a Bachelorââ?¬â?¢s degree in Science (Pharmacy, Honors) from the National University of Singapore. During my youth, I enjoyed teaching children at Sunday school in church. My interest in nurturing children intellectually spurred me to tutor students at primary 1 ââ?¬â?? 6, secondary 1 ââ?¬â?? 4, IP, IB, junior college and polytechnic levels. I specialise in teaching English (from primary to University level, with good experience at coaching foreign students with a poor foundation in spoken and written English); Chemistry, Biology and Physics (at primary, secondary 1 ââ?¬â?? 4, IP, IB and JC H1 and H2 levels); and Mathematics (at primary and secondary 1 ââ?¬â?? 4, IP and IB levels). I have also taught adults and expatriates written and spoken English and Chinese for daily conversation and business use. I am patient, creative and flexible in teaching to customise to the unique learning needs of students. I am also passionate in teaching, tempering discipline with loving guidance. I enjoy lifelong learning and imparting knowledge to others. I firmly believe that every student can become their best!
