Motivation to teach stems from my love to see students improve over time. The ability to build rapport and understand the students' needs has served me well for the past 2 decades of working with students in various capacities.
85 - 90% of my students over the past 2 decades have obtained distinctions in either science or maths, noting that some of them started with me with a failed grade.
I obtained straight A's for all my teaching subjects in A levels.
