"There is room for improvement ,always"

Currently i am working as lecturer.I have 15 years of teaching experience. I am currently teaching seven students at Sec3/4 level from Nanyang Girls school, Bukit View Secondary School, Commonwealth Sec School, Chesnut Drive Secondary School, Yusuf Ishak Secondary School , Tampines Junior college and Pioneer Junior College etc. I have previous years O level and A level Exam papers, Mock papers from Top secondary Schools/JC, edexcel London GCE Exam papers. With students ,i believe in, not only discussing the solution of the exam papers but i also discuss the right way to answer a particular question and normal mistakes that students commit while attempting a particular question which can make their grades low unexpectedly(as per the marking Scheme and assessment issued by MOE after each Exam). I feel this approach of mine helps in improving grades of my students. Knowledge is important but how to use your Knowledge of subject in right way is actually key to get As. i adopt varied teaching style to suit the student's requirement. i take utmost care to be extra patient with slow learners. I feel God has graced every one of us with some talent, need is to identify and nurture the same. I feel students who show less interest in a subject means he /she is unable to understand the concept that�s why he/she lost his/her interest. So, my idea of teaching is to develop that endeavoring potential in the student first to get good grades.
