I'm committed, well-organised and diligent. I always prepare the necessary teaching assignments before every tuition. As a tutor, I work effectively and communicate patiently with my students. I'm outgoing, cheerful and pleasant so most of my students got along really well with me. On the other hand, strictness as a tutor is very important to me. For my past teaching experience, I took note of the student's character and weaknesses. E.g. Not interested in Maths or laziness. Based on these, I tried my best to motivate him/her to be interested in the particular subject by engaging them in some numerical games or pictorial teaching method. Further, I took things within my stride and encouraged my students to strive and excel in their academic performance.
