I have been teaching for 11 years even when I am still schooling. I have taught primary school and secondary school chinese and maths before. In addition, I also had experience in teaching primary school science at at tuition centres. I am a passionate person who believes that studies is very important for everyone. My teaching style involves explaining concepts to students with notes and then let them practice afterwards. I would usually give them timed-practices whenever exams are near. I do not give up on students as I believe that everyone can do it to their best ability.
I have helped my sec 2 Math Student ace her math when she was consistently failing. I have also helped a p4 student to be able to do well enough to be able to study higher chinese for PSLE.
I have been the top student of my class in 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2005. In my secondary school days, I also have been awarded the academic book prize in 2010. I am also a consistent recipient of edusave bursaries or scholarships.
