"Correct practice makes perfect!"

I have 5 years of experience in school teaching and more than 15 years of experience in giving tuitions to primary and secondary students. I was a camp instructor and have no issue in handling different characters. I can have fun and jokes with them but at the same time I'm firm in my teaching and will not compromise with their quality of work. Every now and then I will communicate with the parents and update them on the progress of their child. I believe parents have a part to play in guiding and assisting their child towards excellence in academic and moral aspects. I will also communicate with the child on my expectations and goals for him or her. This will set the tone right in the beginning.
