"Guidance is the first step in learning"

I have 3 years of tutoring experience at Ngee Ann Primary School where I tutored the needy students there voluntary. I enjoy helping my students and ensuring that they understand what they are learning instead of blindly memorising what they are going to be tested on. I am very approachable because I really want to ensure that my students feel comfortable when clarifying certain concepts. I understand the difficulties that these students may have in learning and studying because I am never the type of student who is "born smart". Asking questions is very important and shows thinking, and hence I am the tutor who will guide my students at every step of the way.
