"Improving Understanding is Crucial"
Teaches using Q&A style, with homework, assessments, tests and notes. Requires students to be disciplined and complete homework with due diligence and effort. Offers notes and tests occasionally. Schedule is rather flexible, but require at least one day's notice to change of timing.
My students usually begin with failing grades or borderline grades, and improve to at least a B3. There is one student of mine who received an award for most improvement and distinction award in Ang Mo Kio Secondary School, for Mathematics.
