My teaching method: firstly, find out the weak areas of the student in the subject. Followed by correcting their wrong methods of doing work, and trying to clear their misconceptions. I would give them assessments to practice, and go through their mistakes. I would guide them to do a few questions first, then let them try on their own befor i go through.
Teaching experience : Peer tutoring for "O" level Chemistry before. The students improved from C grade in school based exams to A grade in "O" level exams
