"My love for children fuels my motivation to teach."
I am currently a Year 2 undergraduate in NUS, from Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. I was from River Valley High School and Rulang Primary School. I am a Singaporean and I have worked in a student care for 6 months in 2014 before entering University. I taught all subjects for all levels at the student care, specifically chinese for p1 and 2s, math for p2 and 3s and others subjects for the other levels. During my summer vacation at the end of Year 1, I took up a MOE Teaching Internship at Boon Lay Garden Primary School for a month. I was attached to a high progress P4 class and taught them English, Math and Science. I believe that with this experience, I would be able to conduct better tuition classes for my students in future.
I have helped to increase my students' motivation and interest in Math and English. Her results improved from Band 2 to Band 1 after my guidance.
I obtained 4 As and 3 Bs in A-levels.
