"Passion to go beyond"

I am passionate about teaching and have been tutoring for over 4 years. I have tutored 1 to 1 and group tuition. I focus on the students strengths to help them over come their weakness. I will identify the student learning methods first to help them learn better and grasp the concepts. I ensure that they are exposed to many types of questions so that they have an idea of what are the possible way a question can be set. I have learning activities during lesson and quiz after that to make leaning more fun and memorable. I believe that when a student enjoys her subject, she will be able to perform well too. I also go through many exam papers for revision before examination and have mini tests in between to assess whether they are in pace. I also keep parents informed of their child's progress every lesson. And if one method does not work, i am open to change and be flexible with the student's needs.
