With an unwavering commitment to academic excellence, I have been honored with numerous accolades for my outstanding performance at the Nanyang Polytechnic. As a multi-semester Top Student (2015-2016), I was listed on the Director's List ALL THE TIME and was further distinguished by receiving the Bronze Medal with CGPA3.99/4.00, placing me among the top echelon of my peers. While at NYP, I demonstrated my passion for education by serving as a Peer Tutor, where I was instrumental in guiding students to success. My teaching efforts were exemplified by a physics student who, under my tutelage, rose from an abysmal grade of F to a dazzling B in his final examination. In addition, several of my students achieved the coveted A+ distinction in both E Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. Despite the demands of working full-time as an Engineer at a Japanese company, I embarked on a part-time degree program at the Nanyang Technological University and, with unwavering dedication and tenacity, earned a First Class Honour with the highest distinction and was named the Top Graduate Bechtel Book Prize with CGPA 4.9/5.0. Throughout my academic journey, I was consistently recognized on the Dean's List, a testament to my unwavering pursuit of excellence. As a home tutor for 5 years and a former elementary school teacher employed by the Ministry of Education, I am well-versed in teaching Mathematics and Science to secondary school students. I am confident in imparting my knowledge, study tips, and stress management techniques to my future students, fostering in them a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence. I am also a proud recipient of a scholarship from the Economic Development Board (EDB).
