I believe that every child learns differently. I often change my teaching method according to how it benefit my student most. I’ve work in a student care centre for 4 years and tutored for the past 3 years, hence, I’ve interacted with kids from different background. In addition, parent-tutor communication is key since tuition classes are only conducted once/twice a week.
