As a former educator, communication skills are essential to ensure quality message. I was able to influence my peers & students as this promotes engagement. I have also invested heavily in time and faith in all of my students as no child should ever be left behind despite their circumstances I like to leverage on technology (videos, pictures, podcasts), story telling and jokes to elevate the learning experience of my students
