Have a differentiated approach to enable each student attain grades to the best of their ability. Also help students find a path to success based on their own personality and skillset. While teaching i provide my own notes and books. Help them in their homework and have different approaches to teach the same concept based on the students way of learning. Make sure student feels confident in that subject. Monitor homework closely via whatsapp. Keep parents in the constant loop as to students learning.
