I'm currently taking degree in accountancy and giving tuition before/after classes. I have been in this line since 7 years back and the satisfaction when my students shown improvement in their results is the motivation that makes me work even harder to ensure constant improvement in their academic work.I have a few students who i have been teaching since they are in lower primary all the way till they completed their Psle. I'm also very committed to my assignments and responsible towards every student. I have the patience with students who takes a longer time to comprehend their work and willing to explain anytime to clear their doubts. Lastly, i strongly believe that practice makes perfect and hard work pays off at the end of the day.
Throughout the years of tutoring, students who approached me were initially weak/ very weak in their subjects.I managed to pull their grade up after 2-3 months of tutoring. The key behind is to clear their doubts,deliver the right concept, assign the suitable revisions and most important it takes to hands to clap. Most recent in 2008- Manage to help my one student who failed her Maths for consecutively 2 years to achieve a passing grade in her Maths after 2-3 months of tutoring, a significant 20 marks improvement shown in her examination.
