Strengths. Able to : 1. Identify student’s weaknesses to strengthen 2. Motivate student and teach them how to self-study English / phonics lessons Please 1) Ask the parents to call me. I need to understand from parents the children standard 2) Let parents know 1h 15min is enough as adults cannot sit & concentrate for so long, let alone kids 3) Let parents know, I have to : - read story books & explain english words about (15 min) - teach (15 min) & help the child does some work exercises while i assist / guide to ensure they understand (10 min) before I give them homework - practice english conversation (10 min), give spelling (5 min) - essay writing (10 min) - mark the homework given by me during the previous lessons (10 min) while student takes a break
