"Grab their strength!"
I'm currently in my second yr of Banking and Finance in poly. I'm patient and is willing to help students to attain good grades. I love teaching MATHEMATICS as that's my fav subject. I can prepare neccessary materials for my student in order to build his/her foundation.
My method of teaching is not only based on textbooks, but also on guidebooks, assessment books and testpapers. I'll questioned my students on every part that i've taught before continuing to further part of the chapters. Small tests will often be set for students to test how much have they absorbed so far and to also test their weaknesses & strength. I will not use physical punishment on kids as i think through this way, students will hate the tutor & tend to rebel more. Patience is still the most important factor.
