"Respect each child as an individual"

I am currently a Pro-Flair running an MOE initiated programme to support children's learning in a kindergarten. Each session comprises of between 3 to 5 children. I have been a Pro-Flair for more than 10 years and have also worked in childcare and kindergarten prior to this. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Children under my care and guidance have shown progress in their self-esteem and confidence. With increased confidence, these children have progressed from not being able to recognise letters to being able to read, express themselves effectively in writing and orally. I am a keen advocate for life-long learning so I make a conscious effort in making learning fun and meaningful for young children.
