"Be more Confident and more Patient"
Managed to master the students'weak points in their study and try to come up with an efficient way to help them solve the questions.
The role of tutors is rather obvious, i.e. standing from the view point of the pupils and walk with them on their way to the solution of the doubts they encounter, rather than just explaining the answers to them one by one.
Detecting their weak points, understand what their ideas are, talk with them about the problems so as to stimulalte their further understanding, listing the optimal solutions and let them compare the the alternatives so as to absorb the merits from those available better solutions.
I have helped around 5 students to improve their academic performance by 20%.
After teaching, they showed more interest in their study and were more willing to ask questions and seek for the answers to their doubts.
I graduate with honour degree.
Good at maths, and got some prize in maths competition during my study in high schoo.
Also being the assitant of my maths teacher.
