I encourage students to build a strong foundation. I also encourage student to explain the concepts that they have learnt to me so as to enhance the impression of the concepts. I have previously participated in peer tutoring. Majority of my peers have shown improvement in their grades, particularly in Mathematics. Some of them have as much as a jump of 6 grades in Mathematics. Students whom I have taught have shown much improvement in their grades too.
