I have 1 year experience teaching O level Elementary Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. My students include an Express stream and a Normal Academic stream student. In addition to that, I also have 1 year experience teaching Secondary 1 Mathematics. For my teaching method, I will teach the topics before the school teachers cover them. This allows the student to understand the topics more thoroughly. Furthermore, this gives the student more time for revision after the entire syllabus has been covered. More often that not, students forget the topics covered in the first part of the year, therefore, I believe that revision is essential for every major examination. For every lesson, apart from teaching new topics and doing questions, I will begin the lesson by refreshing on what has been covered in the previous lesson and helping in school assignments. Homework will be given to student to ensure that he/she understands the topic.
