"Inspiring, Exemplifying, Mentoring"

I had tutoring experience with primary pupils and upper secondary as well as Junior College students before. In general, their grades have been significantly improved and their feedbacks are positive with no doubt. This is due to my unique and effective method of tutoring, which can be summarized into three words - inspiring, exemplifying, mentoring. To elaborate, I would firstly inspire students to have the right and positive attitudes for study and life; Then, I would demonstrate to the student how to study and how to score as I believe that 'Giving him a fish only solves temporary question but teaching him how to fish can provide lifelong benefits for him'; Lastly, I would guide the student through his study and at the same time give him'her ample encouragement and positive comments.
