With 9 years of successful teaching experience, I am confident in my ability and passion in forming students’ positive characteristics, build up their confidence and improved their academic results. I have been awarded "Certificate for Excellent Service (teacher)" by Malaysia Ministry of Education. I helped students to familiarize with syllabus and question formats. Consequently, I have seen an improvement in their results. For example, in 2009, I helped a Malaysia Secondary five student who has been failing his Additional Mathematics to achieve the grade of excellent (A) in the government examination. I love teaching and communicate with children and teenager. As a teacher, I always motivate students in ascertaining their inner abilities and discovering what truly inspires them. I have a good understanding of each student's strength and weakness in Mathematics learning and able to develop the best method to inspire them with Mathematics concepts and solutions. For students that are struggling with learning concepts and Mathematics topics, I am ready to sacrifice my time so as to provide individualized, extracurricular and spiritual support for them. I believe teaching is a life-long dedication. Although I left my job at the end of 2009 and moved to Singapore in 2010, I still miss all my students and colleagues and would like to continue my dedication to education in Singapore. The reason that my husband and I chose Singapore as our new home is our belief in Singapore’s education system. My children are currently studying in Singapore and are coping well. We enjoy the learning environment in Singapore and I am sure that all my positive characteristics such as my dedication, passion, enthusiasm, driven, resourcefulness and patience will contribute to the development of the students.
