Through a couple of years in teaching, I believe that when handling of people, especially students, sincerity is the upmost factor. Also, I have cultivated an intangible value- patient. This is very important attribute in teaching. Hence, my general approach when giving teaching is to be sincere and patient. Lastly, I will prefer to mingle with the student, like a friend or senior, and give my lesson in a form of discussion. I prefer to let my student to do the talking more than I do. This will help them in thinking more criterial and understand the concept better. This will prone them to think more questions than simply answering the questions.
