"Study hard and smart with kids"

I am 16 years old this year, able to teach primary school students subjects, and a few of lower secondary schools subjects.Even though i am young,i hope to have the experience of tutoring others especially kids as i like to work with them.I use a method where my previous primary school tutors had taught me, to be firm and fuuny at proper times, and always ensure that the student has done his or her work before tution, so that you can teach him or her new stuff during tution, or revise up on what he or she is unclear about the topics that is taught in school,and after each session, it is a must to assgin work,to ensure the student is not lazy, and while he or she is doing the assessment book,the tutor itself can check the students homework.Making tution a whole lot more effective, thus the point of it :) Lessons also have to be fun with kids, yet interesting and making sure they must understand what that is taught,i hope to be given a chance to be a tutor so that i can have experience and improve to become a better tutor next time.
