"Always have faith in yourself that you can do it"
Hello, hello! In short, Im jovial, easy-going, adaptable, able to communicate, reasonable, patient n discipline. My teaching method is quite simple. For lower pri school students, I like to incorporate innovative methods to make learning more enjoyable and fun for them. For eg, when I'm teaching Maths, I like to use UNO cards to capture their interest n maximise their concentration. Likewise for other subjs. I do acknowledge students hv different ways of learning n I m able to adapt respectively. For upper pri n sec students, I'll supply them my own notes, ques n ans templates n.. n.. these r all FREE! =) All of these r to ensure that they r able to recall info from a topic and am able to answer potential questions that may be asked during exams. I'll definitely go back to an old topic while learning a new one to ensure students doesn't completely forget of what is being taught. & of course, following da syllabus is a priority & hving a lil bit of jovial atmosphere while tutoring is essential. That's all. Tyvm. =)
I taught Malay, Maths and Science. One of my cousins who usually got borderline passes for Maths got a B for PSLE after I coached her for a mere month. Another (sec) who usually attained a C6 and C5 for both Maths and Chemistry manage a B3 for both subjects for her EOY. Additionally, I also coached my sister in Malay n Alhamdulillah she got an A for her exams and is now taking up Higher Malay for her O level in 2011.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE TAKE NOTE - I am a JC student, currently awaiting for the release of my A Level results in March 2011. Henceforth, the most recent certified qualification I am able to show you are my O Level Results and my Malay Language (H1) A Level Result. Thanks much. =) For those who would like to take Malay Language as one of the tuition subjects, I have been awarded the Malay Subject Award by my school in 2009 as recognition of a student attaining the highest marks for Malay Language. For verification, a certificate would be produced on the first tuition lesson.
