With five years of tutoring and more than nine years of teaching experience in a primary school, I have the patience and confidence in educating and communicating with children. I taught mainly P5 and P6 pupils English, Mathematics and Science throughout my teaching career. My forte lies in English. That was why I was assigned to teach two upper primary English classes in two years in a school where teachers do not speacialise in subjects. I have effective methods of teaching English grammar and comprehension skills. My knowledge and interest in the English phonetics also allows me to teach English pronunciation and phonics. I have experience in teaching lower primary pupils English and Mathematics, as well as Science. I majored in English and English Literature when pursuing my Bachelor of Arts degree. I also hold a Diploma in Education and a Master of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics.
