"It's better to have tried and failed and learn from mistakes, than to have never tried at all"
I have a cheerful disposition. I believe that students would learn better when they are in a good mood so I would ensure that my students would not feel too stressed during my sessions. I am a self-motivated person. As such, I would also constantly motivate my students to keep trying even when faced with difficult questions. Facing difficult questions does not mean that one should not try, it only means that one should just try harder. I would definitely put in the time and effort as well to guide the students towards the answer. I understand that each individual is different. I would ensure that the students grasp their concepts first before exposing them to tougher questions. As long as the students are willing to learn, I can always be patient in explaining any doubts that they may have. I've had teaching experience at Pro-Teach BASC (AMK) from Nov 2010 to July 2011. I mainly taught Mathematics at all Primary levels. I also taught English to the lower primary students.
My students generally enter with a fail score of around 20% and attained a minimum of B4 in their national examinations after being under my guidance for a minimum of 1 year.
