1. I will revise before hand topics that I am going to teach and make it simpler yet effective for my students to understand. 2. I will encourage and motivate my students to learn (e.g. Praise them when they did well) 3. I will always ask my students to try out example questions on their own after explaining to them. 4. I prefer teaching mathematics for a duration of 2 hours per lesson, approximately 45 mins spent on explaining the steps/ methods and doing some examples questions and 1 hr for solving some exercises questions and 15 mins to recap what have been learnt. In order to score well in maths, we have to keep practicing, do as many examples and exercise as possible, thus I will spend more time with my student to solve the exercises questions. 5. I will give them some homeworks to do and some small tests to gauge their understanding about the topics that I have covered so that I can know what they have understood and what they don't and I can prepare for the next lesson.
