"To bring out the potential in each and every student!"
I am a very motivated tutor, passionate and patient. I have never professionally tutored anyone before, but i have given group lessons to my peers back in secondary school. Previously, i also volunteered to help those children in BCCSC in their studies when they had any questions or doubts. I have also been helping my cousin to tutor her 3 year old daughter in English and Math. I understand that every student is different, so not one method works for all children. i will definitely try my very best to adapt and modify my teaching methods according to every child's varying needs. I will usually give the student a detailed revision of the topic before giving them any work to do. i am also more than willing to accept calls or e mails regarding any questions that they may be unsure of. I feel that self motivation is extremely important on the student's part, but i will definitely push them and give them encouragement as i understand that being a student is very stressful. I hope that you will seriously consider me as i am definitely in it not for the money, but because my passion is to help the children.
I have never tutored professionally before. However, the students that i helped in BCCSC showed great improvements in their understanding of their concepts while i was there to help them. Also, back in secondary school, i managed to help some of my friends improve in both E Math and A Math from a C6 to B3 in their O levels.
