"Every Child Deserves an Excellent Education"

I am a graduate from NUS with a BA in Southeast Asian Studies. I do also have a diploma in TESOL. I am currently serving as a full time teacher at a private school for foreign students. I am very passionate about teaching as I believe education is an essential tool to fight poverty. I believe that teaching is more than a job and it also involves nurturing and cultivating moral values to students. Apart form this, teaching also involves instilling a positive attitude in students to help them succeed in life. My personal philosophy in teaching is to do the best I can for every student and to go the extra mile in providing a holistic education. My teaching style is rather creative and I like to keep my lessons interactive and engaging for students. This way, they will be motivated and have goals and visions with regards to their educational aspirations. I believe learning is a never ending process and am always looking out for new teaching methodologies to effectively bring across knowledge to students. I am also a believer in classroom discipline as this is essential in letting students understand the importance of learning. Teaching is my passion and my future goals would be to have a humanitarian network of schools across Vietnam and China. I believe education should be an equal right made available to everyone, and life should be lived as a blessing to others. We should take advantage of good education in Singapore to give back to our neighboring countries. Thank you
