"Maximizing the potential in everyone"

I'm currently a student pursuing a Bachelor's in psychology in SIM, in my 2nd year of study presently and will be going into my 3rd and final year in August 2012. I might be easygoing by nature, but I'm also particular about how students study too, because of the constant emphasis on education these days. At the same time, I also believe that students should have a fair balance between their studies and leisure, as after all, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy and Jill a dull girl. I myself am involved with church activities every now and then, and am juggling fine between studies, church commitments, family and leisure. Personally for me, my objective is to be able to strike up a good rapport with any student I do take on, and be able to help him/her achieve good grades, because if there's poor rapport, it'd be hard to proceed with tutoring and it's no point doing it if the student doesn't want to respond/work hard despite the tutor's best efforts.
