"Hardwork always pay off"

I strongly believe that no student is incapable of excelling in his/her studies. Proper guidance and coaching will definitely play a part in helping students who face difficulties coping with their studies. I believe i can play my part in helping such students. I have 1 year experience in tutoring lower secondary and primary school students.I have recently started to teach upper secondary students too. I have two ways of coaching my students. The first applies for weak students. It involves me teaching every topic in detail, and doing notes with the student himself to ensure he/she fully understands the topic taught. After goingh through all the topics, i will then coach the student in handling questions. My second way is for bright students. I usually teach such students the techniques required in handl;ing questions effctively. My lessons will be more of doing questions and learning how to answer them well. My way depend on the students' ability and his preference.
