"Practice make perfect"

I am working in multinational company as account officer. My position have trained me become meticulous and attend to details.I will prepare in advance for each new task as i strongly believe that " fail to prepare,prepare to fail". A well preparation can lead me to execute my task more effectively and smoothly.Even though the actual situation maybe differ from my plan,but i can still use the experience that i have gained through from my preparation to tackle my difficulties.All these concepts will be applied for teaching,Firstly, i will obtain the latest result from student to have an understanding of their standard.More focus will be targeted on weakness areas.I will explain concept in details to student and do practice subsequently.Practice can let them have better understanding as student can apply all theories into it. I will give homework for each lesson. Test will be give twice a week to test student understanding on areas that have been learned previously, I will give remarks for each test to identify their weakness .The remarks can serve as guidance for area that require for further improvement. More practices will be designed in accordance to test's result with an objective to practice more on weak areas,
