I have 6 years of teaching experience and I am very familiar with the relevant syllables required by MOE. Most of my students have improved their results gradually under my care and guidance. Some of them are top pupils in their own classes. I also have a lot of patience with teaching students and I get along with them very well. I think the most important factor for tutors and students is to have good rapport between each other, other wise the students will not choose to listen in class if he or she doesn't like the tutor. I am very good in allowing students to listen to me and at the same time, I am friendly towards them as well, so they will not feel intimidated by me. Instead, they will be more motivated to learn and through their own efforts, we are able to churn out good results.
