in 2000 I started to be a tutor for primary and secondary school students for mathematics, chemistry and physics in Indonesia. I have taught wide range of schools including best schools in Jakarta like Pelita Harapan Secondary School, BPK Penabur School, Tarakanita School. As my major in Industrial Engineering and my previous job as Supply Chain and Production Control Engineer has proven that I have analytical thinking with a very excellent skills in numbers and calculation and very good problem solving skills. I have very good communication, presentation and teaching skills as I have been involved in Univerisity student organization that requires a lot of presentation and teaching skills. I received awards from Trisakti Univeristy as one of the best 10 graduates in Industrial Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering) and I have master degree (2nd upper class) in NUS for Industrial and System Engineering. my teaching method is first to understand students need and capability/ way of learning and then personalize the way I teach based on that. some students can understand better by using illustrations and some students can understand better by using story, diagram, etc. I will also give more questions for students to think critically and analytically so students can underrstand why the lessons are important, what are they needed for and after that using different examples and questions/ practices, they can understand what/ how to do.
