I enjoy working with kids as it gives me a fufilment when they improve in their grades. I will try as much to know the student better to find out where his strength or weakness is. I will update the parents weekly on the progress of their ward and suggest ways for improvement. I will help pick out books and papers suitable for the student's level of proficiency. I am also able to counsel in stress management and motivate the students to study as I believe that once they have the right mentality, they will do well.
I have helped weaker students get As and Bs after failing their exams previously.
