"If there is a will, there is a way."
I am also a very patient and hard-working tutor. My aim as a tutor is to help students understand the concepts carefully and intuitively so that they can enjoy learning. When I explain concepts, I try to stay away from the abstract and use real-life examples to help the students. All of my students have benefited greatly from my teaching. In fact, my school teachers also asked me to come back to school to do relief teaching and provide remedial lessons for their students.
I also prefer working closely with the parents to help the students. For example, I will seek their help in monitoring students' consistent work and discuss their progress.
I have experiences teaching IP and JC students. I also have 1 student studying in University of Warwick with whom I conduct online skype session. Sometimes, I may not be in Singapore and if the students are willing to continue skype tuition, I will reduce the fee per hour by $10.
