I have a tremendous passion for teaching English and I have done so over a period of 5 years. My English grades have always been of the highest standards and I currently hold a BA (Hons) Management First Class Degree from the University of Northampton in the UK. My satisfaction comes from seeing my students grasp the complexities of the English language and grow in confidence with better grades. Even more important is the increased quality of life that the student can expect to have with a good command of the language. I am a native speaker with British roots and I have taught English to numerous foreign language and local students (both lower and upper levels) They have all made much improvement - in their composition, comprehension, and conversational English to the delight of their parents. For example, I have taught English to a Secondary 4 local Singaporean student and his English grades improved from an E8 - B3 within 6 months. My methodology is simple: follow the rules of English and respect its nuances. But above all, develop a passion for the subject - and I am here to help the student do just that.
