"Working smart yields more than working hard."

I have been giving tuition since I was in Secondary 2, started out as an assistant tutor, assisting the main tutor with Secondary 1 lesson in the tuition centre. As I move on, I became the main tutor of Secondary 3 A and E math class for 2 years now. In all, I have teaching experience of 5 years now, and every student of mine has been showing tremendous improvement, be it in class tests, or term tests. 80% of the O level students who have joined me for a year and above would often score an A, while there are exceptions, I do not give up on any student, as long as they have the desire to learn. I believe in understanding the weaknesses of each student and solve the root problem. And that, little stress should be given to the students, who are already experiencing much of it from their involvement in school.
